Inside the villa

Villa Oregano is a part of the luxury complex of villas and suites “Avdou Collections”. The villa has two bedrooms and three bathrooms in an area of 100m² spread over two levels.

Ground Floor

There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a wine fridge, a 6-persons dining-room table, and a cozy living room on the ground floor. There is a functional energy fireplace in a single space on this floor. A large bathroom with a shower and WC is on the ground floor.

First Floor

This floor consists of the master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a separate WC and shower. On the large balcony of the master bedroom, you can relax while sitting on the sunbeds. The second bedroom also has a smaller private balcony. Both bedrooms have coco-mat® mattresses and the flexibility of a double bed to become two single beds in reverse.

Outside Area

A 32m² (4m length x8m width) private swimming pool is outside the living room. Near the collection is a flower garden. A barbeque area with a 4-persons garden table

The villa features a private parking space around an olive garden and a wood oven.

Sustainability
