Villa’s SunTouch interior is absolutely bright, and the lavish Sun lights up on every edge! This ultra-chic villa of 280sqm is placed on the top of a greenish slope, viewing the turquoise Kissamos Bay, an authentic Cretan landscape, the perfect spot to enjoy in opulence the unrestricted views, day and night, indoors and outdoors.

Ground Level:

On the grounds are placed the huge daytime area and a stylish bedroom. The high-designed daytime area, in white and beige tunes, includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The island-style kitchen comprises high-quality and selectively chosen appliances to whip up a delicious meal as you wish. Nearby to the kitchen is an elegant dining room for ten, with an unstoppable view that accompanies all your meals. The living room showcases an ultra-stylish couch that provides ease and relaxation in front of a modern eco-fireplace. The indoor daytime area visually merges with the outdoors and sums up a pristine land-sea portrait, which is more than a view; it is an authentic sample of Crete’s undeniable beauty!

The ground bedroom is totally wheelchair accessible with a suitable en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoors.

A library with many books awaits you for calming mind escapes.

There is also a specially equipped gym with a multifunctional gym machine, a stationary bike, multiple free weights and yoga mattresses.
