Inside the villa

Villa Spinalonga is on a rocky slope overlooking the Aegean Sea and Spinalonga Islet, distributed over three layers, offering captivating views from every edge. The villa includes 10 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 3 living and 2 dining areas, 3 kitchens (indoors and outdoors), a fully equipped fitness area (gym, massage room, sauna, 2 Jacuzzis), and an elevator! So, 20 guests can enjoy this truly luxurious and tranquil residence of 745 sqm!

Ground Level

The middle layer consists of the main daytime area and the master suite of Villa Spinalonga; a huge space for the indoor and outdoor living and dining areas on the pool’s level. The modern design in off-white and beige tunes match perfectly with the unstoppable view from the Aegean Sea and the islet of Spinalonga. The oversized twin sofas call you to snuggle and luxuriate in the impressive scenery through the expansive sliding glass doors. The stylish dining area is ideal for gatherings, enjoying any meal you wish, and gazing at the enchanting beauty of Spinalonga’s Islet. The fully equipped kitchen with an island table and a wine fridge boasts all the major appliances necessary to whip up a delicious meal. All furniture and electrical appliances are selectively chosen with high quality.

The cherry on the top is the luxurious home cinema; Enjoy your fav movie on Netflix in high definition in privacy!

The master suite offers isolation cause it’s the only bedroom on the grounds. Next to the master suite is an open office ideal for working away if it is needed.

Lower Level

The lower level has five inviting bedrooms, a small kitchenette and a rejuvenating area with gym, massage room, hammam and jacuzzi. An indoor glassy atrium with a skylight and sea-view on the front is ideal to enjoy an in-house relaxing jacuzzi! Next to jacuzzi is the gym with a treadmill, a weight machine and a cross-trainer. How about rejuvenating with a massage in your privacy or even with a hot hammam?

The Villa has two spacious terraces, one on the ground level with an infinity swimming pool and the other on the lower level with a vibrant grass carpet. When dusk approaches, unwind in the comfy outdoor living area and enjoy the sunset view in a gorgeous rose-pink light! The shaded alfresco dining area is perfect for gatherings, chats ‘n’ laughs, accompanied by a delicate local wine and the sparkling night view of the vibrant villages of Plaka and Elounda.

For a quick rejuvenation, don’t miss a dive on your secret pebble beach – follow the stairs only 100m away!

For our small guests, a wooden playground with a vibrant grass carpet is set on a lower terrace with easy access by an outdoor staircase.
