Villa Openness is named so because the large openings offer an endless view between the sea and sky. Designed with pure and sleek lines, located a few meters away from an alluring bay, it embraces its natural surroundings with comfort, elegance, detailedness, and respect for the Cretan landscape; Villa Openness gives off a sense of exclusivity that envelops its guests from the first.

Inside the villa

Villa Openness is located in the sea-village Marathi, a marvellous place with an eclectic and vivid character overlooking the Souda Bay in Chania, only a few minutes from the airport. The villa has two-storey levels, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an indoor and an outdoor one, in an area of 200m²; it can host up to 4 people.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is an open area for a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a multi-layering living room. The living room has hand-picked and tailored-made couches and furniture to luxuriate the splendid views through the large sliding doors that seamlessly connect the indoor living room with the alfresco dining area. White is the dominant colour, combining the wooden elements and black iron details, set within the diffused light and nature’s colours that help maintain a sense of calm within this highly domestic space.

The main bathroom is on the ground level, designed with warm ivory concrete, grey marble, black details, and a luxurious rainfall shower elevating the alluring ambience of the interiors. Luxuriate your shower in the bathroom, and the view still accompanies you!

First Floor

Designed stairs led up to the bedrooms floating on a mezzanine. The bedrooms at the top of the villa are left with a viewpoint over the nearby sea; both rooms are designed so you can lie in bed, gazing at the beguiling turquoise bay and the night-twinkling stars.

Outside Area

The captivating view of the sea is unstoppable on every edge of Villa Openness. The outdoor options as well are many, and the choice is always yours; chill out in the hot tub or bask on the luxury comfortable sunbed; otherwise, put your flip-flops on and off you go to your secret bay for a rejuvenating dive in the sea just 80 meters away! By the way, don’t miss that an outdoor lounge and alfresco dining area are merged with the indoor space on the ground floor, offering many different options to enjoy your meal or even to rest, looking off the idyllic scenery! For barbeque lovers, a BBQ Grill is waiting for you!
