A picturesque slope with a rocky bay; Villa Litore gives you the illusion that you live in a small, private isle over the Mediterranean Sea. Simplicity in a minimal design meets the opulence of prosperous living. Villa Litore was built in harmony with the natural surroundings; stones from solid rocks décor the walls, while the wide openings leave the sea and the sunshine accompany your matchless summer escapes on Crete.

In a private, guarded bay, Villa Litore is in the same area as Villa Scape, Villa Lapillus and Villa Vrachos. The villa’s complex includes a reception (24/7), a fitness area (with gum and sauna), a safe playground area, a parking area (for two cars on each villa) and a club car for your transfer into the complex. Also, there is a lovely chapel for weddings, christenings, and other similar sacraments. Another common area is the Panorama Grill, designed for various events (can be attended by up to 50 persons) and special family meals on a terrace with a singular sea view. There you are also able to use the grill and the kitchen. Finally, only a few minutes away, there is a sole bay with a stone-made platform; follow the steps and luxuriate a refreshing swim into crystal clear water.

Inside the villa

Villa Litore is two-storey levels, two terraces with Mediterranean Sea view, five bedrooms and six bathrooms in an area of 225m², surrounded by a green well-tended space of 850m². Villa Litore can host 10 persons.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is an open plan area of 37.5m², seamlessly connecting a fully equipped kitchen with a modern dining island table and a stylish living room with an eco-fireplace. The view is unstoppable due to the wide openings of the sliding doors, which connect the indoor with the outdoor area and give the illusion of living in nature.

The outdoor area is on the main terrace with two private swimming pools, one for adults (fresh water, dimensions: 42m², depth: 1.6m, heated o/c) and the other one for kids (dimensions: 23m², depth: 0.95m). Also, there is a huge pergola, for the open-air dining area with a kitchen and grill. Villa Litore gives you the sense that you live luxury in nature. It is hard to choose between dining in the open air and diving in your private pool while the sun goes down into a vivid twilight.

Lower Level

On the lower area are all the bedrooms; light grey tones mixed with the sweet morning sunshine give the illusion of a home away home. All bedrooms are roomy, offering a restful sleep on comfy mattresses, with an en-suite bathroom for each.

Outside Area

On an isolated slope next to Agia Pelagia, Villa Litore, with panoramic views from every angle, gives the sense of a secure place to relax and pamper yourself in luxury. The idea of the Mediterranean Sea will accompany your moments of fantastic summer escapes on Crete.

The Villa has two spacious terraces, one on the ground level and the other on the lower level. In addition, all decks are fully furnished with a patio offering an astonishing panoramic sea view.
