Villa Landsea is on a rocky slope overlooking the Aegean Sea and Spinalonga Islet, distributed over three layers, offering captivating views on every edge. The villa includes 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 living and 2 dining areas, 2 kitchens (indoors and outdoors), a fully equipped gym area, a playroom, a playground, a footbal table, a shaded parking area, and an elevator! So, 12 guests can enjoy this truly luxurious and tranquil residence of 416 sqm!

Ground Level

The ground level is the middle layer of the summer residence, consisting of the daytime area with the main communal areas of villa Landsea. There is an open plan space for the indoor and outdoor living and dining areas on the pool’s level. An opulent design inspired by the colours of the surrounding landscape, cobalt blue from the Aegean Sea and earthly brow from the islet of Spinalonga. An oversized corner sofa with a twin set of leather armchairs calls you to snuggle and luxuriate in the impressive scenery through the expansive sliding glass doors. The stylish dining area is ideal for gatherings, enjoying any meal you wish, and gazing at the enchanting beauty of Spinalonga’s Islet. The fully equipped kitchen with an island table and a wine fridge boasts all the major appliances necessary to whip up a delicious meal.
