Kymata (κύματα) is the Greek word for waves as the location of the villa. This beachfront property is sleek and refined, sparing no superfluous design choices for a simple and elegant atmosphere. You only have to open the wide sliding doors and let the sweet sea breeze, along with the smell of fresh linen, accompany you to rest on the snug furniture. Villa Kymata will fulfil all your needs for a stunning summer escape!

Villa Kymata is in the same area as Villa Afros, and each maintains its privacy. However, if you are interested in booking both villas, please check the availability in Villa Susurration, which can host various unique events, such as private parties or an off-the-charts wedding. The villas are located on Korfalonas beach, on Chania.

Inside the villa

Villa Kymata has elegant, modern features and floor-to-ceiling wide sliding glass doors that provide spectacular views of the surrounding sea and fill the home. Four (4) adults will wake up to the sound of the sea in the two highly modern bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom for each that make up this 120m² “se-a-dorable” heaven. The villa has one storey with a spacious common and a stylish rest area.

In the common area of the villa, there is a comfy living room, a modern dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The pale grey cement trowel in the walls, the beige stone cladding, and the aesthetic lighting let out an opulent modern character with minimal philosophy.

The rest area with the two bedrooms repeats the combination of the colours and materials that lead to continuity with the common area of the Villa. Specifically, the first bedroom has a beige stone cladding wall and the other a pale grey cement trowel. The feeling of softness on the well-known Coco-Mat® mattresses in all bedrooms promises a relaxed sleep experience. All double beds have the flexibility to become two single. In addition, both bedrooms have access to a patio, which is furnished, next to a verdant garden with grass and various shrubs.

Outside Area

In the morning, snug at the sun loungers or luxuriate with a refreshing dip into the elongated heated infinity pool (50m², 10m length x 5m width, depth of 1.2 to 1.65m). Don’t forget that the beach is just in front of you if you prefer a salty dip on the sandy beach. When the sunset comes, take advantage of the spacious terrace to enjoy the idyllic sea view as the water turns from blue into a beautiful orange. In the evening, sit in the al fresco dining area next to the swimming pool and enjoy the juicy steak you have just baked in the barbeque area. Afterwards, relax with a glass of local wine and gaze at the flickering stars; the night lighting of the multi-layers on the external site creates an indescribable romantic atmosphere.

The alfresco dining area is covered by a tailor-made pergola providing shade whilst letting the healing sun filter through.
