Inside the villa

An intimate interior with traditional Cretan architecture details blends seamlessly with the pristine landscape through large sliding glass doors. “Kamares”- Domes is the element that merges the traditional with modernity and higharchtechctural aesthetics; at all times, the reference has to be the sparse South Cretan landscape, local materials and relaxed island living. The idea-behind was to create closeness to nature to the most significant degree possible. Thus, Villa Echo of The Sea spreads over three independent buildings, the Daytime, Main and the Nighttime for Two House. All the buildings are on a single level, without stairs, with a total outdoor area of 1800 sqm and 140sqm indoor area, with three (3) bedrooms and equal ensuite bathrooms, and can easily accommodate 6-8 guests.

The Daytime House:

The Daytime House is the communal area of the villa. An open-plan space with an elegant nature flair merges the dining, the living room and the open fireplace. Everything is set in front of an impeccable view; a huge “kamara” is like a frame that opens to the stunning landscape. The Daytime House is in the centre, next to the Outdoor BBQ.

The Main House:

The Main House comprises two (2) inspiring and uplifting bedrooms and another communal area – an open-plan space for the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, island-style, boasting all the major appliances to whip up a delicious meal indoors. All furniture and electrical appliances are selectively chosen and of high quality.

The Nighttime for Two is the third building of the villa. This intimate bedroom is ideal for couples seeking to enjoy serenity and privacy without missing to be in touch with their friends and family!

Outside Area

Snug at the opulent sun loungers in the morning, luxuriate with a refreshing dip into the elongated heated infinity pool or relax in your jacuzzi. Don’t forget that a pristine private beach is just in front of you if you prefer a salty dip! When the sunset comes, take advantage of the spacious terrace to enjoy the idyllic sea view as the water turns from blue into a beautiful orange. In the evening, enjoy the juicy steaks you have just baked in the Gas BBQ or a homemade pizza in the outdoor oven. Afterwards, relax with a glass of local wine, gaze at the flickering stars and revel in the tranquillity of the surroundings. Working in an elegant space overlooking the Sea and the pristine landscape of South Crete, tedious work can be transformed into pleasure.
