Two independent apartments come together through an external staircase as an independent two-bedroom villa with a private pool surrounded by a charming garden.

Villa Compania is in the same area as Villa Adama and Villa Famelia. The location is on a picturesque sea village with a sandy beach named Gouves. The villa’s complex includes a reception, a private parking area, a shared big pool with sunbeds, barbeque, and an outdoor gym. The distance to the beach is just a breath away, only 500m.

Inside the villa

Villa Compania is an elegant stay with touches from the Cretan tradition and plenty of amenities to feel like a home away from home! Villa Compania is distributed over two-storey levels, the ground and the upper apartment, connecting through an external staircase in an area of 94 sqm. Two bedrooms and equal bathrooms can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.

The apartments

The ground apartment has an open-plan common area, a double-bed room and a bathroom. The open-plan space has a corner couch with sofa beds (which can transform into two single beds for children), a dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen. The open-plan area has easy access to the outdoor pool through large sliding glass doors aiming to diffuse natural lighting. The upper apartment is similar to the ground one, with elongated balconies offering calming views equipped with patio furniture.

Outside Area

The outside area of Villa Compania offers plenty of outdoor amenities for its guests on each level! On the ground floor are the private eco swimming pool (25m²) with sun loungers, an alfresco dining area and a surrounding Cretan Garden with local herbs, trees and grass. The upper floor has large perimeter balconies with patio furniture.

Sustainability

Villa Compania respects the environment as a sign of culture and an urgent need for the next generations; the wall facades and the fence are covered with local stones that offer insulation, all pools use electrolysis instead of chlorine, recycling bins are placed around the resort, solar water heaters are used for energy saving and an automatic garden watering system.
