Inside the villa

Villa Bati is located on the peninsula of Akrotiri in Chania and built on the edge of the hillside in front of the sea, offering breathtaking blue views. The villa has three-storey levels, four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, in an area of 200m²; it can host up to 8 people.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is an open-plan area for a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a magnetic living room and a charming dining room. In two-storey high, the large windows and sliding glass doors aim to diffuse natural lighting, creating a bright and elegant atmosphere. The living room is an overlooking place with large picture windows all over, which is ideal for snuggling and gazing into the comfy corner sofa! The elegant dining area in total white is cleverly set close to one of the al fresco dining, for dining with a special view!

Upper Floor

The stairs led up to an isolated double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private furnished balcony. This bedroom is a viewpoint over the nearby sea, designed so you can lie in bed, gazing at the beguiling turquoise bay and the night-twinkling stars.

Lower Floor

The lower floor is a semi-ground-level area consisting of the villa’s nighttime area. There are three equally inviting bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and patio access and the laundry room with a washing and a drying machine.

Outside Area

The captivating view of the sea is unstoppable on every edge of Villa Bati. There are many outdoor options as well to luxuriate in the shades of the viewing sea, day and night! Bask under the sun on the luxurious, comfortable sunbed, and after a while, enjoy a refreshing plunge in your elongated pool! Above the pool area, you can find an outdoor living room to chill out when the sea turns pink! For barbecue lovers, a BBQ Grill awaits you, with two alfresco dining areas and an indoor kitchen a step away for memorable gatherings with your beloveds!

Except for the dazzling sea view, the villa’s asset is the private tennis court, free of charge; only a booking is required!
