The villa has an area of 280m2, spread over three levels, including five comfortable bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a WC.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor are a living room, a kitchen, a WC, and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A large dining room table is placed on the veranda to allow you to luxuriate in a glass of wine in front of a memorable sunset.
