On the ground floor, there is an independent open-plan space, featuring a kitchen and a living room as well as a second independent hall area. This floor features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

First Floor

This floor consists of the master bedroom and a second bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a private furnished veranda.

Detached Room

This en-suite bedroom (with a walk-in shower) is located in the detached building by the pool, offering privacy and autonomy. It can be used for personnel or guests.

In the basement, there is a fully equipped recreation area with a home cinema and table tennis.

Outside Area

The 65m² (13m length x5m width) biological swimming pool is heated, without chemicals, it operates based on saltwater electrolysis and has the capability of re-circulating the water every 1,5 hours. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. The pool area is partially surrounded by an olive grove.

The villa features a private parking space and a fruit/vegetable garden.
