Villa “Impletio” was created to “fulfil” the promise to satisfy you by achieving your desires. Simple lines in a minimal character blend with the comfort of well-being, giving prominence to nature. The spaces contribute to the continuous, uninterrupted breeze through the building, and the shade shelters constitute an excellent bioclimatic practice. An architectural combination of the leading natural materials, visible concrete, stone, wood, iron, and the natural colour of kurasanite, results in an effortless connection with the environment. Particular elements, such as the Watherlusting® chairs, the wooden snug sunbeds and the comfy Coco-mat® mattress, characterise Villa Impletio.

Villa Impletio is located in the same area as Villa Mirabilia and Villa FruiVita however, each maintains its own privacy. Positioned on a greenish slope of Paramonas, an unspoiled area on the West side of Corfu, offering an idyllic sea view. The villa’s complex includes a reception and private parking. The distance to the beach is just a short walk away, only 200m!

Inside the villa

Villa Impletio has a minimal yet glorious character joining the inside faultlessly with the outside area. The villa is on the ground level and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in an area of 60m².

Ground Floor

Natural materials, soft tones, and a particular architecture colors the villa’s interior. The bright, airy living room is an open-plan space connecting the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. The massive sliding doors combine the inside area with the beloved landscape; living next to nature is a source of rejuvenation. The bedrooms are coloured with the natural technic named “kurasani” in white and soft chamois tones, adding up the wooden furniture with the exclusive elements and offering a snuggling rest in the arms of Morpheus. Both bedrooms have Coco-mat® mattresses and the flexibility of a double bed to become two singles.

Outside Area

The outside area is surrounded by an olive grove and other Mediterranean plants to preserve the local biodiversity. The combination of the greeny slope with the turquoise colour of the sea gives an astonishing view from every angle of Villa Impletio. Villa is open to a private 35m² infinity swimming pool (10mx3.5m) and a barbeque area to enjoy your everyday cuisine. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.
