Prime-located close to Gouves, a short distance from many summer attractions and must-visit places. After sightseeing, it’s time to unwind; the outdoor area surrounded by an olive grove is the perfect place. Inside the villa

Villa Nola was designed with the utmost care to offer a relaxed and eclectic atmosphere. White, grey, beige, and black details set the colour palette of this two-bedroom haven. It is developed on three levels, with inside stairs, and can easily accommodate up to five guests.

Ground Level:

The villa’s main entrance leads to the communal area, an open-plan space for the kitchen and living room. The modern white kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and an island table for four. A snuggling sofa bed next to the fireplace is ideal for luxuriating in the outdoor view! There is also a WC.

Upper Level:

The bedroom at the villa’s top is left with a viewing point over the nearby sea. The room is organized so you can lie in your double bed, gazing at the dazzling view, day and night, through the horizontal elongated windows.

Lower Level:

The stairs led to an isolated, spacious bedroom with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom; two single beds can be transformed into a double. You can choose your pillow from the pillow menu and enjoy sleeping tight in all the bedrooms of the villa.

Outside Area

Villa Nola is prime-located close to Gouves, a short distance from many summer attractions and must-visit places. This newly built villa is in a quiet place surrounded by an olive groove, so it can easily mix and match isolation and entrainment. The elongated pool is perfect for getting refreshed with a dive after sunbathing at the opulent sunbeds. If you prefer to stay in the shadows, there is a shaded gazebo to relax! The alfresco dining area with a BBQ under a shaded pergola is ideal for enjoying meal gatherings!
