“Mirabilia” means wonderful things; In Villa Mirabilia, you will definitely create the sweetest summer reminiscing with your beloved. The scenery is colourful on every edge of the villa, green from the forestry slope, blue from the Ionia Sea, white-yellow from the rising sun and pink-orange from the sunsets. The architectural lines are simple with minimal character blended with the comfort of well-being, giving prominence to nature. The spaces contribute to the continuous, uninterrupted breeze through the building, and the shade shelters constitute an excellent bioclimatic practice. An architectural combination of the leading natural materials, visible concrete, stone, wood, iron, and the natural colour of kurasanite, results in an effortless connection with the environment. Particular elements, such as the Watherlusting® chairs, the wooden snug sunbeds and the comfy Coco-mat® mattress, characterize villa Mirabilia.

Villa Mirabilia is in the same area as Villa Impletio and Villa FruiVita; each maintains its own privacy. The location is on a greenish slope of Paramonas, an unspoiled area on the West side of Corfu, offering an idyllic sea view. The villa’s complex includes a reception and private parking. The distance to the beach is just a short walk away, only 200m!

Inside the villa

Natural materials, soft tones, and a particular architecture characterize the indoor area of villa Mirabilia. A minimal yet glorious character joins the inside faultlessly with the outside area. The villa has two stories, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in an area of 75m². In addition, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 kids in couch beds.

Ground Floor

An open-plan area, a double bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor. The bright, airy living room is an open-plan space connecting the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. The massive sliding doors combine the inside area with the dazzling landscape; living next to nature is a source of rejuvenation. Both bedrooms (on the ground and first floor) are coloured with the natural technic named “korasani” in white, soft chamois and pale grey tones, adding up the wooden furniture with the exclusive elements and offering a snuggling rest in the arms of Morpheus. Both bedrooms have Coco-mat® mattresses and the flexibility of a double bed to become two single beds in reverse. Also, the couches in the open-plan area can be transformed into beds for two kids.

First Floor

On the first floor is an isolated master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The join of the wood with the pale grey, the smell of the fresh linen and the comfort of the mattress offers a relaxed sleep experience. Your constellation on the private terrace is unique; Snug on the comfy patio furniture, gaze at the stars and luxuriate with a glass of local wine; Those are things that we call “mirabilia”.

Outside Area

The outside area is surrounded by an olive grove and other Mediterranean plants to preserve the local biodiversity. The combination of the greeny slope with the turquoise colour of the sea gives an astonishing view from every angle of Villa Mirabilia. So whether you choose to unwind; under the shade, while a breeze bedews you from the sun’s warmth, with a refreshing dip into the 32m² infinite pool swimming pool (4mx8m)overlooking the Ionian Sea, or with a relaxing treatment in the hydro spa, the result will be a sense of fulfilment.
