An independent apartment of 80 sqm, the gym area and the indoor garage are based on the ground level. The ground apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a loft bedroom and another one with an ensuite bathroom that can easily accommodate up to four guests.  The ground apartment echoes a luxury industrial and minimal design blend with a perfect mix and match of black marble, white, brick, glass, and blonde wood. The daytime area with the main communal areas of Villa Eclat is based on the 1^st floor, and the nighttime area is on the top of the residence, on the 2^nd floor. The access can be through external outdoor stairs or through the indoor elevator.

The 1^st floor is an open plan space for the indoor and outdoor living and dining areas on the pool’s level. Total white, blonde wooden elements and colourful paintings echo a very classy and minimal design, where opulence meets comfort while the sea view lets you be speechless in the sunset!
