Villa Distil was designed and operated in the past as a distillery to produce wine and tsipouro. Nowadays, it has been restored and transformed into a luxurious minimal villa. The simple lines of this restoration coexist peacefully with the traditional Santorini architecture; Whitewashed and thick walls, domes, arches, and small windows compose the distinguished vernacular complex geometry. The several pavilions offer multiple options to luxuriate one of the most captivating sunsets worldwide with a panoramic view of the isle. The location is underneath a Venetian Castle on the highest Santorini hill. The feeling and view are indescribable on every edge!

Villa Distil is a combination of Chalk, Magano, and Vault Suite. This contemporary holiday home is ideal for reconnecting with your loved ones on your terrific summer escape! Ten (10) adults will lounge in five minimal bedrooms, with equal bathrooms, that make up this 255m², a “watchtower” over the stunning beauty of this isle.

Inside the villa

Villa Distil consists of four buildings and the primary spatial organization was based on the production and storage of wine. The complex can accommodate ten (10) guests in three (3) ground-floor and two (2) loft bedrooms. The well-known Coco-Mat® mattresses in all bedrooms are handmade, hypoallergic and organic, promising a relaxed sleep experience.

The first building

The first building is a ground-floor flat that can accommodate two (2) guests and contains two different spaces, the daytime and night-time area. The daytime area is open plan, including a living room and kitchenette. The night-time area comprises a bedroom with a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

The second building

The second building is a loft flat with a double-height ceiling that consists of an open-plan area, two bedrooms and a bathroom that can accommodate four (4) guests. The open-plan area comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality utensils, and a dining table for four. The bathroom is inside a dome with a built-in bathtub. The ground floor and a loft bedroom with access through a ladder. .

The third building

The third building is a loft flat with a double-height ceiling, next to the second one, with an open-plan area, two bedrooms and equal bathrooms that accommodate four (4) guests. The open-plan area comprises a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality utensils, a dining table for six, and a built-in cough. The ground-floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe. Also, this bedroom has additional access to the outdoor area through an inside door. The modern loft bedroom has an aesthetic character; the dome is well-lit at night and the diffuse morning light through the glass window spreads all over the room. A ladder from the open-plan area leads up to the loft bedroom.

The fourth building

The fourth building is a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality utensils and a dining table for twelve next to the swimming pool area. There you are able to luxuriate your daily breakfast or your custom-made dinner from a private chef (at extra charge).

Outside Area

The guiding idea of the exterior (670m²) has been to optimize the several layers of the villa by creating various delightful options for leisure; enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, chill out in the jacuzzi, bask in the sun beds, luxuriate in a glass of some famous local wines in the pool bar, enjoy your meal in the alfresco dining areas, gaze the panoramic sunset from the terraces, pose and capture any moment of your stay. So, experience the uniqueness, live and breathe in it; you stay in a spiritual place underneath a Venetian castle on the most well-known volcano island of the world surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea.

If you are about to get married on the most aesthetic island of Greece, Villa Distil will fulfil all your needs for a euphoric wedding. Just imagine the scenery; you and your loved ones are on the spacious terrace with the panoramic view of the island surrounded by the cobalt blue Aegean Sea as the background, when the sun kisses the sea as the groom kisses the bride, and the water shares their love and, from blue, turns into a lovely peachy orange!

Villa Distil can host any party and ceremony for 40 guests. Also, it is an ideal choice to take your wedding photos in the various outdoor areas of Villa Distil.
