Villa Alati is a luxurious property ideal for those who seek an elegant place to spend their precious summertime in one of the most-known islands of Greece, Paros! A wonderful example of modern Cycladic architecture and the ultra-chic exteriors offering plenty of choices to “monkey around”!

Villa Alati is in the same area as Villa Nisos and Villa Ilios. The villa’s complex includes a parking area, a lovely chapel for weddings, christenings, and other similar sacraments.

Inside the villa

Villa Alati is prime located in the sea village Pounda, with a golden-sandy beach known as the most popular kitesurfing spot in the Cyclades. A marvellous place with an eclectic and vivid character overlooking Antiparos Island, a harbour connects the two islands with frequent daily boat crossings. The villa has three-storey levels and three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in an area of 145m²; it can host up to 6 people.

Upper Floor

The villa’s main entrance opens at the common daytime area, a modern open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace and a snuggling corner couch to luxuriate the splendid surrounding views. White and beige tones highlight the wooden furniture inspired by Cycladic Art. The diffused light and colours of nature breathe out a sense of calm as a natural home away from home.

Ground Floor

The following stairs led up to two inviting bedrooms on the ground floor. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a built-in rainfall shower and direct access to the pool. Comfortable mattresses and a smooth atmosphere promise a sleep-tight experience essential for the body and mind.

Lower Level

The lower level is a semi-basement area with a “cool” temperature during the summer months and is adequately illuminated by natural light through two glazed windows. A premium isolated bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an aesthetically modern bathtub is next to a lounge chair set.

Outside Area

The several pavilions offer many options to luxuriate this amazing view: expansive sunbeds with pergolas around the private pool, an alfresco dining area on the upper level, a BBQ area with an island table for seven and an under-level built-in living room. The sunsets from the outside area of the villa Alati are remarkably memorable; Fill them in with your powerful moments!
