Villa Verdant is nestled amidst a picturesque landscape, surrounded by lush green grass and towering evergreen trees of a pine forest. Villa Verdant, is part of a private villa complex at Kassandra Peninsula, overlooking Chrousso Bay and Xenia Beach. Its location is an ideal hub for discovering Halkidiki’s authentic sceneries. The complex includes a shared pool area with a snack bar, a breakfast area, a reception, and private parking.

Inside the villa

Villa Verdant is located in a traditional mountain village; Paliouri village is nestled amid pine-scented hills, only 2km from the homonymous beach. Paliouri (Chrousso) beach is an idyllic fusion of golden sands, crystalline waters, and lush greenery, offering a variety of water sports and beach volleyball for the adventurous. At the same time, those seeking seclusion can discover intimate, hidden coves nearby. Villa Verdant is a prime-located getaway ideal for vacations with family or friends. The villa has three bedrooms and bathrooms, spreads over two levels in an area of 80 m² to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Ground Floor

The ground level consists of the communal area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The communal area is an open-plan space with a fully equipped dining table for six a comfortable sofa bed, and a satellite TV. This area has direct access to your private pool.

The grounds have easy wheelchair access, inside and outside.

Upper Floor

The inside stairs led up to two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have pine forest view.

Outside Area

The outside area creates an enchanting ambience; the lush green grass carpets and the private pool blend in harmony with the breathtaking pine forest and azure sea vistas. Relax by the inviting pool, soak up the sun on the sun bed or rest under the shade of an umbrella. An alfresco sitting area under the pergola with stylish patio furniture is ideal for gatherings and creating cherished memories!
