Inside the pine trees forest, villa Pinea will be your private haven of rest. The tranquil setting of the villa, in combination with the simplicity of the design, is promised a fast charge rejuvenation. Whether you decide to relax; in the jacuzzi or the perfect heated swimming pool, the gentle breeze mixed with the pine forest scent will make your senses travel. Villa Pinea is located on the northwest side of Kassandra’s Peninsula and is well-known for its stunning beaches, wetland as a shelter for many bird species, Stavronikita’s Tower in the cape, ancient town Olynthus and many highways and byways for trekking and bicycling.

Inside the villa

Villa Pinea is tucked in the middle of a pine forest, with an enormous garden of 3200m² & overlooking the Thermaic Gulf. The villa has three-storey levels, six bedrooms and five bathrooms in an area of 330m².

Ground Floor

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are in front of the villa’s main level. The ground level has the main living room area, the kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom in an area of 100m². The main living room area oozes simplicity in clear white tunes and splits into two spaces; the living room near the fireplace and the other one with the pool view. Around the fireplace, two white comfort couches and a TV set a place of relaxation. If you prefer to flop into a sofa with a marvellous view of the pool and garden, choose the other living room. The central kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for six and a wine fridge, too. The bedroom is decorated with modern paintings coupled with the garden view through the large window.

Upper Level

On the upper floor are two isolated bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a nearby stair, with a petit lounge area viewing from the glass balcony of the main living room area on the ground level. The upper floor is an area of 70m².

Lower Level

The lower level is the most extensive floor of the Villa in an area of 160m². There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen area, a dining room area for six and a home cinema with a projector in the living room near the fireplace. This level has its entrance and is also united through the inside stair with the other floors. Therefore, it has the advance of isolation, if needed, to accommodate two or three families in the same company.

All the beds on the lower level are single with the flexibility to become a double and in reverse.

Outside Area

It is hard to make a full description of the feelings that evoke when you are sitting in the outside area. It is a privilege to taste the relaxation in the luxury sunbeds, under the shadow of the pine trees and breathe clear pure oxygen. Otherwise, if you prefer the sense of water, you can luxuriate a dive into the heated swimming pool or sit back in comfort on your private jacuzzi. For those who love the gym, a basketball court and a ping pong table are found on site of the garden area. Around the ground floor is a huge terrace, in an area of 150m², fully furnished with patio, removable pergolas and a portable barbeque system. On the one hand of the swimming pool, there are luxury sunbeds with huge umbrellas and on the other is the jacuzzi under its own pergola.
