Suite Velania is nestled amidst a picturesque landscape, surrounded by lush green grass and towering evergreen trees of a pine forest. Suite Velania, the twin to suite Itamia, is part of a complex of 8 villas and 5 suites. The complex is located at Kassandra Peninsula, overlooking Chrousso Bay and Xenia Beach. Its location is an ideal hub for discovering Halkidiki’s authentic sceneries. The complex includes a shared pool area with a snack bar, a breakfast area, a reception, and private parking.

Inside the suite

Suite Velania is located in a traditional mountain village; Paliouri village is nestled amid pine-scented hills, only 2km from the homonymous beach. Paliouri (Chrousso) beach is an idyllic fusion of golden sands, crystalline waters, and lush greenery, offering a variety of water sports and beach volleyball for the adventurous. At the same time, those seeking seclusion can discover intimate, hidden coves nearby. Suite Velania is a prime-located getaway ideal for vacations with family or friends. The one-bedroom suite with one bathroom spreads over two levels in an area of 50 m² to accommodate up to 2 guests.

Ground Level

A modern communal area is on the ground floor with direct access to a patio-furnished outside area. The communal area is an open-plan space with a fully equipped dining table for four, a comfortable sofa bed, and a satellite TV. There is also a white marble bathroom with a rainfall shower.

In addition, this property has easy wheelchair access on this floor and the outside area.

Upper Level

The inside stairs led up to the isolated bedroom with a double bed. The room is organized so you can lie in bed, looking out to the pine forest through an elongated window.

Outside Area

The outside area creates an enchanting ambience; the lush green grass carpets harmoniously blend with the breathtaking pine forest and azure sea vistas.
