Suite Itamia, the twin to suite Velania, is part of a complex of 8 villas and 5 suites. The complex is located at Kassandra Peninsula, overlooking Chrousso Bay and Xenia Beach. Its location is an ideal hub for discovering Halkidiki’s authentic sceneries. The complex includes a shared pool area with a snack bar, a breakfast area, a reception, and private parking.

Inside the suite

Suite Itamia is located in a traditional mountain village; Paliouri village is nestled amid pine-scented hills, only 2km from the homonymous beach. Paliouri (Chrousso) beach is an idyllic fusion of golden sands, crystalline waters, and lush greenery, offering a variety of water sports and beach volleyball for the adventurous. At the same time, those seeking seclusion can discover intimate, hidden coves nearby. Suite Velania is a prime-located getaway ideal for vacations with family or friends. The one-bedroom suite with one bathroom spreads over two levels in an area of 50 m² to accommodate up to 2 guests.

Ground Level

A modern communal area is on the ground floor with direct access to a patio-furnished outside area. The communal area is an open-plan space with a fully equipped dining table for four, a comfortable sofa bed, and a satellite TV. There is also a white marble bathroom with a rainfall shower.

In addition, this property has easy wheelchair access on this floor and the outside area.

Upper Level

The inside stairs led up to the isolated bedroom with a double bed. The room is organized so you can lie in bed, looking out to the pine forest through an elongated window.
