The Farmhouse Villa is a member of the unique resort “The Rooster” that prioritizes your well-being, privacy, tranquillity, elegance, harmony, and balance. All residences are built with respect for nature, effortlessly creating the much-needed connection with mother earth. The location is a private oasis tucked into the dunes on a pristine beach on the tiny isle of Antiparos, a speck in the Cyclades. The Farmhouse Villa is directed 1.5km away from “The Rooster”. The expert team of the wellness resort offers plenty of healing experiences tailored for your physical and mental relief. Inside the Villa

Entering the villa, you will find two bedrooms with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom for each (the two singles can come as one double upon request). The living room comes next with a built-in corner couch and wide openings, letting the sunshine be filled with brightness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for making yourselves or with our expert private chefs your meals. The master bedroom has an exceptional en-suite bathroom; an outdoor shower in a private patio garden that will intrigue you!

Booking Policy
- 50% deposit at the time of the booking
- 50% balance payment 20 days prior arrival
- Please note that our rates are dynamic and subject to change at any time without prior notice
- All the above rates include breakfast and all taxes, excluding the climate resilience tax amounting to € 15.00 per unit per night to be paid directly at the front office of The Rooster.
- Extra supplement: All house categories except The FarmHouse, include a sofa bed. If the maximum capacity of a room is reached by using the sofa bed, an additional charge of €150 per adult or child over 7 years old will apply.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations and modifications between 20-0 days prior to arrival date 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- For no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of total accommodation cost will be charged as accommodation and cancellation fees accordingly.
Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Rate
- The total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of the booking.
- In case of no-show, reduction of length of stay or departure prior to scheduled date the full non-refundable prepaid amount will be invoiced as cancellation fee.
