Booking Policy
- 50% deposit at the time of the booking
- 50% balance payment 20 days prior arrival
- Please note that our rates are dynamic and subject to change at any time without prior notice
- All the above rates include breakfast and all taxes, excluding the climate resilience tax amounting to € 15.00 per unit per night to be paid directly at the front office of The Rooster.
- Extra supplement: All house categories except The FarmHouse, include a sofa bed. If the maximum capacity of a room is reached by using the sofa bed, an additional charge of €150 per adult or child over 7 years old will apply.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations and modifications between 20-0 days prior to arrival date 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- For no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of total accommodation cost will be charged as accommodation and cancellation fees accordingly.
Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Rate
- The total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of the booking.
- In case of no-show, reduction of length of stay or departure prior to scheduled date the full non-refundable prepaid amount will be invoiced as cancellation fee.
