Bush & Beach Suite is a member of the unique resort “The Rooster” that prioritizes your well-being, privacy, tranquillity, elegance, harmony and balance. All residences are built with respect for nature, effortlessly creating the much-needed connection with mother earth. The location is a private oasis tucked into the dunes on a pristine beach on the tiny isle of Antiparos, a speck in the Cyclades. The expert team of the wellness resort offers plenty of healing experiences tailored for your physical and mental relief. Inside the suite

Entering the suite, you will find the sitting area with a minibar and a couch (it can transform into a sofa bed upon request). The sitting area also has an entrance to the garden and the pool. The scent of lavender and thyme fills the bedroom, creating a delightfully relaxing mood. Beyond the ensuite bathroom, the shower in the private patio garden will intrigue you! In addition, the bedroom has double access to the outdoor lounge and pool.

Booking Policy
- 50% deposit at the time of the booking
- 50% balance payment 20 days prior arrival
- Please note that our rates are dynamic and subject to change at any time without prior notice
- All the above rates include breakfast and all taxes, excluding the climate resilience tax amounting to € 15.00 per unit per night to be paid directly at the front office of The Rooster.
- Extra supplement: All house categories except The FarmHouse, include a sofa bed. If the maximum capacity of a room is reached by using the sofa bed, an additional charge of €150 per adult or child over 7 years old will apply.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations and modifications between 20-0 days prior to arrival date 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- For no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of total accommodation cost will be charged as accommodation and cancellation fees accordingly.
Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Rate
- The total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of the booking.
- In case of no-show, reduction of length of stay or departure prior to scheduled date the full non-refundable prepaid amount will be invoiced as cancellation fee.
