Aktea, in Greek Mythology, was the Nymph of the Shore, one of the fifty Nereids, female spirits of the sea, protecting the sailors. Villa Aktea has a boho-chic design that blends harmoniously with the local Cycladic architecture, exuding the aesthetic of the Nymph of the Shore. Villa Aktea is located at Naoussa, a picturesque fishing village with vibrant nightlife, whitewashed and flowered little houses, tiny churches, and chapels, surrounded by labyrinth-like narrow, stone-paved streets; this is one of the prettiest villages in the Cyclades. A few meters away from a sandy beach (less than 150m) and 10km from the capital town of Paros, Parikia, Villa Aktea will fulfil all your needs! Villa Aktea is part of a newly built adults-only complex. It includes a reception, an additional shared pool, a Gastro bar, and a parking area with an electric vehicle charger.

Inside the villa

Villa Aktea was designed with the utmost care to offer a relaxed, eclectic, and free-spirited atmosphere. White, grey, beige, and black details set the colour palette whilst the handmade elements such as macrame dreamcatchers, ropes, and bamboo echo the island’s vibe in the luxury boho-chic way! Villa Aktea is a two-bedroom single-story haven without inside and outside stairs and can easily accommodate up to 4 guests.

Communal Area:

The villa’s main entrance leads to an open-plan kitchen and living room area. The modern kitchen in cement grey is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and an island table for three. A hand-picked snuggling corner sofa in the same palette, ideal for luxuriating in the outdoor view!

Nighttime areas

Villa Aktea consists of two inviting bedrooms next to equal bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has a double canopy bed, and the other one has two single beds (can be placed together as one double with an extra double mattress topper). Earthly tones and natural hues, a perfect palette in white and beige for a cosy and sophisticated space that feels warm and vibrant. A modern canopy double bed with a sleek frame and clean-cot curtains is so impressive!

Outside Area

“Opulent outdoor living” is the idea behind it! Villa Aktea has a magnetic exterior with many options to monkey around every time you wish to: Bask on the luxury comfortable puffy sunbed and enjoy the warmth of the Sun/Read your favourite novel at the outdoor living area

under the shaded pergola/Get refreshed with a dive in your private elongated pool otherwise, put your flip-flops on and off you go to a sandy beach for a rejuvenating dive in the sea just 150 meters away! By the way, make sure to check out; there is an alfresco dining area with a shaded pergola where you can enjoy your meal! The outdoor living area has a built-in sofa ideal for ending a full day with a glass of local wine, gazing at the starry night!
