Marpissa was the mountain’s name that was the most important marble quarry of Paros, where the raw material for some of the all-time masterpieces of sculpture, like the world-famous Venus de Milo and Hermes of Praxiteles, were extracted! Villa Marpissa is part of a luxurious newly built complex of 3 villas and 4 suites, each maintaining privacy and serenity. Prime-located on the West coast of Paros Island, within a short distance of the beach, only 150m, and 3 minutes away from Pounta Port and Paros National Airport!

Inside the villa

Villa Marpissa is designed to integrate classic Cycladic architecture with a modern flair by using the island’s natural elements: clean white walls with black and wood in tailored-made furnishing blend in harmony with the local stone façade and the sparse Cycladic landscape. The villa is ground levelled, without inside stairs, has two ensuite bedrooms and two private outdoor showers, in an area of 80m², and accommodates up to 4 guests.

Communal Area:

The villa’s main entrance leads to an open-plan area for the kitchen and living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and an island table for four. The snuggling sofa is ideal for enjoying the outside view or just a movie on Netflix!

Nighttime areas

Villa Marpissa has two inviting ensuite bedrooms with double beds and “Simmons Prestige” mattresses that promise an ultimate sleep experience. Beyond the ensuite bathroom, the cherry on the top is the shower on your private patio, which will surely intrigue you! Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.

Outside Area

The outside area provides many options for outdoor relaxation accompanied by impressive views of the Aegean Sea and Antiparos Island. Enjoy a fresh dip in the elongated swimming pool or bask under the warm sun at the opulent sunbeds; there is a huge umbrella for those who prefer to keep in the shade. A modern al-fresco dining area for six with a pergola invites you to enjoy a wholesome meal backgrounded by the view of Antiparos Island.
