Inside the villa

Villa Lush has a calming, minimalist interior that focuses on the enchanting landscape and the captivating view. The decoration is composed of white as the dominant colour, local stone, blonde wooden elements, and black iron details; the diffused light and nature’s colours help maintain a sense of calm within this highly domestic space. Villa Lush is ideal for carefree vacations with friends attending “companionship and isolation”. The common area is modern, stylish, and inviting, and at the same time, all three bedrooms are entirely isolated between them as luxurious havens. Six (6) adults will wake to the sea view in the three understatedly elegant bedrooms that make up this 160spm paradise.

Companionship area

On the ground floor, in front of an endless green and blue view, is the common area of Villa Lush. An open-plan space with huge sliding glass doors aims to diffuse natural lighting, creating a bright and abundant atmosphere whilst the unstoppable view is accompanied by you! This area includes a comfortable living room with a designed fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a round dining table for four and a bathroom. Luxuriate the splendid views through the large sliding doors that seamlessly connect the indoor living room with the alfresco dining area.

Isolation areas

Villa Lush consists of three private bedrooms: the ground-level bedroom, the lower-level bedroom, and a mezzanine on the top of the common area. Each bedroom includes a separate entrance, giving the ability of isolation when it is needed; the ground and lower-level bedrooms have an autonomous outdoor entry, whereas the mezzanine has indoor access from the common area through a stylish free-standing metal staircase.

Bedroom 1: Ground Level – double bed (180x200cm), en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, two balconies and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2: Lower Level – double bed (180x200cm), en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, outdoor access, patio with furniture.

Bedroom 3: Mezzanine – double bed (180x200cm), bathroom with rainfall shower, indoor access.

Outside Area

The main entrance on the ground level leads to two buildings, the ground-level bedroom and the communal area. Between them is an alfresco dining area with a shaded pergola to enjoy your meal or even a glass of local wine, admiring the captivating view. A few steps away is the pool area with a built-in outdoor living room, snuggling loungers, and sunbeds; take a rejuvenating dive into the pool and bask in the sun, let the evil thoughts away and surrender yourself to this divine scenery!
