Inside the villa

Villa Singular is a marvellous statement of the Aegean lifestyle with a minimalist approach, all blanketed in white, resulting in a luxurious sanctuary of peace! The bright interior is filled with light, and from every window, you can see the stunning blue of the sky and the sea! Villa Singular is on ground level and has one bedroom and two bathrooms accommodating easily up to two adults and two kids.

The common area

This selected villa has a rectangular layout to exploit the indescribable view. The elongated common area contains a fully equipped kitchen, a fine dining room, an elegant living room (the sofa can transform into a double bed for kids) and a second bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower, and a hammam. The white luxury is repeated to lead continuity to the different common areas in the villa.

The sleeping area

The bedroom has an intimate setting promising a blissful sleep experience on Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. The room is organized so you can lie in bed, looking out to the Hill of Profitis Ilias, the cobalt-blue Aegean Sea and the peaceful sky through the glass doors. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating (during the winter season), a rainfall shower, and a bathtub; the WC is placed separately.
