Inside the villa

Simple modern lines in white tones coexist peacefully with the villa’s Cycladic character, resulting in a pleasant and aesthetic atmosphere of an ideal place to unwind. Villa Chimney consists of two nearby buildings, the main and guest house, sharing a private yard of 10.000m². Villa Chimney consists of five (5) bedrooms, equal bathrooms that can easily accommodate up to ten (10) guests.

The main house

Entering the villa is the old cylindrical kiln with a shaded skylight that spreads the natural light all over; there is an open plan area for the opulent living room and a small kitchenette. The main kitchen is fully equipped with modern and high-quality appliances. All three bedrooms in the main house feature large openings; thus, exceptional views accompany you on each step! A relaxed sleep experience is a key to luxuriating the next day; on Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, that’s an easy-peasy thing!

Guest house

The Guest house is in front of the pool area, next to the main one, and entering independently. The guest house has an open plan area with a living room and another fully equipped kitchen with an amazing view.  Through a connecting door, the guest house features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sharing a private veranda.

Outside Area

Besides the captivating view of the Aegean Sea and the mountainous one of Profitis Ilias Hill, which is unstoppable on every edge of the villa, the clue is the prime location; Villa Chimney is in the middle of Santorini offering the chance to be wherever you want to in no time! On the other hand, the outdoor options are also many, and the choice is always yours; have a refreshing dip in the infinity pool (32m², 4x8m), unwind in your private jacuzzi or bask on the comfortable sunbed. The idyllic sunset scenery is served on your plate, and you only have to hang loose at the outdoor lounge or the alfresco dining area, looking off on this unique nature’s beauty – Yes, this is a heavenly haven on earth! For morning yoga lovers, there is a small roof terrace to salute the sunrise!
