The characteristics of the Cycladic architecture are the whitewashed and thick walls, domes, arches, and many small windows; the combination of thick masonry and many small openings used for ventilation and coolness although allowing the healing sun to come in. The point of interest in Villa Frame is the private yard with a jacuzzi and alfresco dining area; the real estate is built around this peaceful yard, while all indoor areas have direct access and a view to the outdoors.

Villa Frame is next to Villa Distil remaining isolated with different main entrances. The location is underneath a Venetian Castle on the highest Santorini hill; thus, the feeling and view are indescribable on every edge!

Inside the villa

Villa Frame is a finely restored canava-house blending in harmony with the local preexisted architecture and the philosophy of minimalism. Double-height ceilings, domes, and arches are blanketed in pure lime-white, while the diffuse natural lighting creates a cosy and intimate interior. The villa extends on the ground level, along the length of the courtyard, in an area of 141m². The exterior integrates with the interior with easy access through doors in each room; an internal corridor connects all the inside areas of the villa. Villa Frame consists of three bedrooms accommodating six (6) guests.

Opening the main entrance is the living room area; a bedroom with two single beds is in the depth of it. On the right is the master bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. The dining area is on the left and consists of two rooms in the queue: the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. Finally, the internal corridor ends in a double-bed bedroom with a nearby bathroom. All bedrooms have the well-known, handmade, hypoallergic Coco-Mat® mattresses that promise a relaxed sleep experience.

Outside Area

The country yard is the hidden gem offering privacy and isolation from the crowd. The windows around the wall fence captivate the view and look like postcards in the frame! A dining table is set under one of those frames to accompany your alfresco meals with impressive backgrounds. Additionally, there is a jacuzzi for leisure and refreshment under the warm Helios.

Wedding and parties

If you are about to get married on the most aesthetic island of Greece, Villa Frame will fulfil all your needs for a euphoric wedding. Just imagine the scenery; you and your loved ones are on the spacious terrace with the panoramic view of the island surrounded by the cobalt blue Aegean Sea as the background, when the sun kisses the sea like the groom kisses the bride, and the water shares their love and, from blue, turns into a peachy orange!

Villa Frame can host any party and ceremony being also an ideal choice to take your wedding photos in the country yard of the villa.
