From the Ancient Greek, “αἰσθητής” (aisthētḗs), is a person who understands and perceives beauty, especially in art. For those who seek a unique summer escape with sensitivity to minimal artistic beauty; Villa Aesthete is the synonym of the ideal hideaway. Designed with pure and sleek lines, located in front of a marvellous sandy beach, surrounded by an ancient olive orchard by a protected nature reserve, Villa Aesthete gives off a sense of exclusivity that enwraps its guests from the first.

Inside the villa

White and simple architecture with a Scandinavian style creates a relaxed and intimate interior that merges with the outdoor area through large sliding glass doors, which open to unify the different spaces. Villa Aesthete is distributed over two levels, the daytime and nighttime, in an area of 210m² and can accommodate up to eight (8) guests.

Upper Level

The upper floor is the common daytime area of the villa, which consists of three equally long rectangular shapes rooms. On the right is a fully equipped kitchen next to the barbeque area, and on the left is a spacious living room with a home cinema and a fireplace. In the middle is an open room with a pergola that protects them from the air and provides shade, allowing the guests to enjoy al fresco dining.

Lower Level

The nighttime area is on the lower floor, so when the day is over, follow the stairs beside the pool leading to the four (4) bedrooms. The bedrooms continue the minimal philosophy of the villa; bright white is the dominant colour, with black details and blonde wooden furniture, ideal for enjoyable blissful sleep. Additionally, all bedrooms are surrounded by terraces with patio furniture; Wake up, feel the sun’s warmth, and enjoy your morning coffee in front of this indescribable view in green and blue.

Outside Area

Besides the captivating view of the sea and the mainland of Pillion, which is unstoppable on every edge of the villa, the unique L-shaped infinity pool with a shallow chill zone is like a magnet! So, the outdoor options as well are many, and the choice is always yours; chill out in the pool area by having a refreshing swim or lying on the comfortable sunbed; otherwise, put your flip-flops on and off you go to Ligaries beach for a rejuvenating dive in the sea or some sit-back time at the beach. By the way, don’t miss that an outdoor lounge and alfresco dining area are merged with the indoor space on the upper floor, offering many different options to enjoy your meal or even to rest, looking off the idyllic scenery!
