Villa Limpet is a stunning haven of peace, keeping watch over the azure blue water of the sea and the emerald gardens with millennium olive groves and a fragrant garden with herbs. Feel the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, forget all your problems and enjoy the moments; the water in the pool is blue as the sky and clean as the crystal, the shape of the pool is unique as a limpet that was found on land, nearby a pristine beach.

Villa Limpet is in the same area as Villa Moriai and Villa Craggy; each maintains its privacy with a new-built fence (it isn’t shown in the photos). The location is on the coastline of the renowned Greek peninsula of Sithonia, in Halkidiki. The villa’s complex includes a private parking area and a 15m. footpath to an isolated pristine beach. Also, at the backside of the property, you can visit the ruins of an early Christian church that was discovered and unearthed.

Inside the villa

Villa Limpet is located on a craggy hoop with a stunning sea view in a gardenish landscape. The villa has a minimalist approach with modern lines that spreads over three-storey levels, four bedrooms and equal bathrooms in an area of 145m²; it can host up to eight (8) people.

Ground Level

On the ground floor is the common area of the Villa and one premium bedroom with a pool view. The common area is an open-plan space with a comfortable corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern dining room. The dominant colour is white, while the neutral and diffuse lighting through the openings creates a relaxed and intimate interior. All furniture is fine pieces that contribute to the overall high aesthetics and quality appearance of the Villa Limpet.

The premium bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower and an aesthetically modern bathtub next to the bed. The blend of soft peach with the wooden details creates an atmosphere of warmth and the feeling of a home away from home. This bedroom has direct access to the garden and the pool area, with patio furniture.

The mattresses in all bedrooms are handmade and hypoallergic from the premium line of Candia Strom®, promising a relaxed sleep experience.

Upper Level

On the first floor is a unique Master Bedroom with wide openings wall-to-wall offering a breathtaking view of the horizon and the sea. The glass shower is in continuity with the sliding doors of your private balcony to unstop the vibes of the indescribable view. Enjoy your constellation while you gaze at the stars visible from the southwest hemisphere with a glass of local wine.

Lower Level

The lower level is a semi-basement area with two bedrooms in “cool” temperature during the summer months and adequately illuminated by natural light through two large, glazed windows that open into a patio with a small upper garden. The bedrooms have a minimal character in bright white with black details and blonde wooden furniture, ideal for enjoyable blissful sleep.

Outside Area

The external of the villa consists of two beautiful gardens in an area of 6,000m², one with lush vegetation, pines, and thousand-year-old olive trees, and the other is a fragrant herbal garden. The outdoor options are many, and the choice is always yours; chill out in the pool area by having a refreshing swim or lying on the comfortable sunbed; otherwise, follow the 15m. footpath and luxuriate on an isolated pristine beach. The private beach is ideal for snorkelling lovers and is equipped with sun loungers and a beach tent. By the way, don’t miss that an outdoor lounge and an alfresco dining area with a pergola are suitable for any meal and rest.
